Frequently asked questions.

Is Membership a retainer?

Yes. Membership is structured as an annual retainer with defined tier benefits, advisory hours, and coordination scope. Terms are issued in a written engagement letter.

Do Membership fees include licensed-partner fees?

No. Membership covers Meezab advisory and coordination. Government fees, licensed-partner fees (legal, audit, IP, banking, etc.) are billed separately at cost — and Meezab does not receive undisclosed referral fees.

Can I upgrade between tiers?

Yes. Most clients begin on Essential and move to Growth as the business expands. Upgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Does Private Membership replace my law firm or accountant?

No. Private Membership coordinates with your existing licensed advisors. The boutique model is designed to complement, not replace, trusted relationships you already have.

How is confidentiality handled?

Every Membership engagement is governed by a written confidentiality agreement before any commercial detail is shared. For family principals and sensitive matters, private-brief terms are available on request.

What if Membership isn't the right fit?

We will say so on the consultation. Sometimes a discrete engagement or package is the better path. Membership is not a sales target; it is an architecture for clients whose needs are genuinely ongoing.

Meezab is a management consultancy. Membership provides ongoing strategic advisory, structuring guidance, readiness reviews, and coordination services across the engagement.

Regulated services — legal, tax, audit, notary, visa, banking, investment, securities, regulated cybersecurity certification, and other licensed work — are coordinated through appropriately licensed third-party partners and authorised entities in accordance with applicable regulations.

Meezab does not receive undisclosed referral fees from regulated providers. Partner fees are billed at cost to the client.
