Why a Partner Model

The line between advisory and regulated activity is deliberate.

Under applicable law, certain activities — including the practice of law, notarization, visa issuance, and trademark registration as agent of record — must be performed by entities holding the corresponding license. Meezab is licensed as a management consultancy, so we provide advisory and coordination directly, and route regulated work to authorized specialists.

For our clients, this means each step is handled by the correctly licensed provider, every fee paid is properly receipted, and the entire engagement remains compliant with the applicable regulations.

How we select partners

Every partner in the Meezab network is selected against four criteria:

  • License verification — current, in-scope, and with the relevant regulatory authority.
  • Sector and matter expertise — proven track record in the client's industry and engagement type.
  • Defined scope and confidentiality — every engagement is governed by a written scope-of-work and NDA.
  • Independence of fees — Meezab does not receive undisclosed referral fees from regulated providers.

Partners are reviewed periodically. If a partner no longer meets these criteria, the relationship is paused.

Compliance & Disclosure

Meezab operates as a management consultancy firm. We provide strategic advisory, structuring guidance, organizational-readiness support, and coordination services.

Meezab does not provide legal services, notary services, visa issuance, bank-account opening, audit services, tax services, regulated investment advice, securities brokerage, underwriting, capital-placement, fundraising, or financial-promotion services.

Where such services are required, they are coordinated through appropriately licensed third-party partners and authorized entities in accordance with applicable regulations. Where a regulated service is delivered, the licensed partner is engaged under their own license and is solely responsible for the regulated activity performed.
