These terms govern advisory and coordination engagements provided by Meezab for Management Consultancies. Each engagement is additionally governed by a written scope-of-work agreed before commencement.
Strategic advisory, business structuring guidance, market-entry analysis, organisational-readiness support, and coordination services delivered under our consultancy licence by senior consultants.
Meezab does not provide legal services, notarial services, visa issuance, bank-account opening, audit services, tax services, regulated investment advice, securities brokerage, underwriting, capital placement, fundraising, or financial-promotion services. Where these are required, we coordinate them through appropriately licensed third-party partners.
Engagements begin with a written advisory scope, agreed fee, and confirmation of any partner-coordinated regulated steps. Verbal scoping does not constitute an engagement.
Advisory fees are quoted as fixed-fee or retainer and confirmed in writing before commencement. Costs of licensed-partner regulated services are itemised separately and passed through transparently, without undisclosed referral fees.
Client information is held in confidence. We sign NDAs on request from first contact. Information is shared with licensed partners only as strictly necessary to coordinate the engaged regulated services.
Where a regulated service is delivered by a licensed partner, that partner is engaged under their own licence and is solely responsible for the regulated activity performed. Meezab's role is limited to coordination.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meezab's liability for any advisory engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We do not accept liability for the regulated work of licensed partners.
Either party may terminate an engagement on written notice. Fees accrued up to termination remain payable; refunds where applicable are addressed in the engagement scope.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of the relevant emirate, unless a specific engagement letter provides otherwise.
